Registration for Conclave 2026 is Open!

Clicking the green button above will take you to our registration form.  Some important things to note:

1) If you do not see a confirmation email or a confirmation page after submitting your registration, you have NOT successfully registered.  Don't worry, no payment will have been taken, and we are happy to help get you set up.  Just click the "Contact Us For Help" button below.

2) Unless otherwise specified, tickets for things such as banquet dinners or boat cruise tickets are sold individually.  So if you and a significant other want to attend the breakfast run, please make sure to click to add 2 breakfast run tickets.

3) If your registration doesn't go through, as long as you were far enough into the process your email will be recorded.  Please make sure to use an email that is monitored, and check periodically for messages--we'll make sure to reach out just in case.

4) Save the confirmation email.  You should have a link to go back in and edit your registration.  Certain changes will not be allowed past specific dates, but depending on whether Conclave 2026 has made a commitment to a vendor, we may still be able to help you if you reach out.  Just ask and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

5) In your confirmation email, you'll have room block codes for Eagle Ridge (for Conclave) and for the La Quinta in Sheboygan (in case you're interested in the VSCDA weekend after Conclave).  VSCDA's event at Road America is not related to Conclave, but we promise you'll still have a good time!
